HIGHLY DELIGIHTED - After looking around my home town of Doncaster for ages and looking widely on numerous websites for a particular outfit, I gave the Cotswold Frock Shop a ring to see if they could help me. I spoke to a very helpful lady ( Christine ) and explained my requirements to her for a mother of the groom outfit I would like ( Ann Balon ) she looked into this for me and was extremely helpful , I couldnt have found anyone as nice to help me. The store had several outfits available and after discussing the outfits, I decided on the one I was interested in, This was then sent by special delivery and arrived the following morning, Everything about the outfit was exactly as Christine had described, Absolutely beautiful !!!!! fitted exceptionally well and the colour was exactly as she had described, The price was the best I had seen anywhere else. I cant thank Christine enough and would very highly recommend the Cotswold Frock Shop to everyone. Will definately contact them again in the future, As we live so far away and could not visit the store in person they made it possible to have the outfit I wished for.I cant praise and thank you enough !!

BEST BY FAR - I have been to a number of wedding dress shops but we have had by far the best experience at the Cotswold Frock Shop. It is not the closest location for us, however because of the service / friendliness of the staff it is more than worth us making the journey. What I loved about this shop was they were really relaxed about you trying the dresses on, I have found some shops quite suffocating. I would completely disagree with DPs statement the reason I loved the frock shop was the privacy that was available and that if I wanted to I could try stuff without the staff breathing down my neck and pressuring me. In addition they have so much variety with a great range of prices, much more reasonably priced that other shops I looked at. The shop also has a great range of mother of the bride and bridesmaids outfits, shoes, tiaras, veils, bags, fasinators, each time I have been we have spent almost two hours there, there is so much to look at! My mum has bought her mother of the bride outfit from there and yesterday I ordered my wedding dress, so exciting! I will definetely going back to order my bridesmaids dresses, so convenient to get everything from the one place. I would definetely recommend you visit!

I have been to this shop on a number of occassions to find an outfit for my sons wedding. The Staff are absolutely marvellous and nothing is to much trouble. Would recommend this wedding shopping experience to anyone.

This was the best shopping experience of my wedding planning yet. Not only did I find my bridesmaid dresses here, but I cannot praise the service I received enough.

I have been in many shop's looking for dresses for my girls, and none can hold a candle to the welcome and attention I received at The Cotswold Frock Shop.

The ladies in this shop are very accommodating and offered me really good advice when I have asked questions about my preparations.

I would highly recommend a visit for your brides, maids, mother of the bride, or even if you just need a nice fancy frock for that party.

I stumbled upon this Shop a few weekends ago, on a girly trip to Stow-on-Wold. I was not intending to buy a wedding dress I must tell you but as soon as I saw the beautiful collection I just had to try one on and fell in love instantly.

Not only was the dress beautiful, but the customer service was second to none. They were no to pushy, honest and extremely helpful.

I bought the dress and even though I live in LOndon, have been back since for a fitting. It was totally worth the trip as the team, Christine, Jane and Myra were so warm and accommodating...they certainly go that extra mile!

I would highly recommend this lovely place...

Dear Christine,

I dont know where to start..... I picked up my dress and veil today from your shop. The girls have been absolutely helpfull and nice. My dress is absolutely stunning... I love it, I love it, I love it!!!! Its so beautiful that I wouldnt swap it for anything else. It made me cry again... The colour is beautifull (much better than the pink) and if fitted quite well. I have tried my petticoat with it, and all looked absolutely fantastic. So I am very pleased with the resaults. It was worth to drive to your shop. Thank you very much for all your help. I will contact you again soon after Christmas when I get my diary for next year, as I have to come back in about March for fitting.

I needed a wedding dress in time for a flight the following week. To say I was desperate is an understatement. I'd been unable to find a dress to suit my shape and had almost given up hope.

Christine of The Frock Shop was absolutely superb. She not only found the right dress for me but ensured all alterations were completed within 5 days!

The level of service as well as range of dresses, is unbeatable. I haven't been to another dress shop like it and doubt I ever will. If you are looking for a fabulous dress for any occasion, don't go anywhere else!

Hi Christine,

Yes it arrived yesterday morning and it looks fantastic. I have never
felt so good in an outfit and I am looking forward to my eldest sons
wedding in June even more now that I'm sorted. The colour is lovely I

I went to the Cotswold Frock Shop looking for a dress for a prestige event. The selection and quality of the clothing was second to none, and the customer service and free help and advice offered was top class! I had alterations done to the dress I chose, and the fit was perfect! I will definitely use the Cotwold Frock Shop again and could not recommend it more highly for expertise and brilliant service!

Dear Chris and Myra, I just wanted to thank you both sincerely for all your help and support with my wedding attire. The Day was perfect, absolutely magical. My dress as amazing and excuse the 'pun' but everyone said I did look like a Princess (at my age!) The bridesmaids looked stunning and everyone said it was just the best wedding. It all came together perfectly and the Americans were blown away. I think they will be talking about it for a long time to come!. Not only did the dress fit perfectly but as the financier of the event I was delighted by the very reasonable cost of the dress and the other accessories you suggested and them prompt provided. When I heard Michelle had fallen in love with the dress, my initial misgivings of having to travel to Stow-on-the-Wold from Wellingborough for fittings and collection, were quickly overcome when we experienced your level or service and the financial outcome was superb. Michelle wore her dress until the last dance at midnight, even though she had come prepared to change into something more comfortable for the evening.
